Tennessee Bourbon Essence (50 ml | 1.69 oz)

• Add Bourbon Bareel chip for authentic flavour.
• Bourbon made in America must be 51%corn and stored in a new container of charred oak.
• Must be distilled to no more than 160 (US) proof which is equivalent to 80% alcohol by volume (ABV).
• Put into the charred oak container for aging at no more than 125 proof, which is 62.5% alcohol by volume.
• Bottled at 80 proof or more, which is 40% or more alcohol by volume.

Similarities between Tennessee Whiskey and Bourbon

• Both must be prepared from a grain mixture that is 50% corn
• Both must be distilled to no more than 80% alcohol by volume
• Both must undergo aging in new charred oak barrels at a concentration not exceeding 62.5% ABV
• Both are bottled at 40% ABV or more.

• Instructions for use with 40% ABV alcohol Add 695 ml of 40% ABV alcohol to a 1 L bottle then add 240 g of white granulated sugar and shake until all sugar dissolved. Next, add the contents of this sachet and shake briefly, then top up to 1 L with cold water (approx. 105 ml required) and shake well to mix.
• Makes 1 L of 28% ABV liqueur
• Instructions for use with Pure Brewers Alcobase Half fill a 1L bottle with 500 ml clear alcobase then add 200 g of white granulated sugar and shake until all sugar dissolved. Next, add the contents of this sachet and shake briefly, then top up to 1 L with alcobase (approx. 325 ml required) and shake well to mix. Makes 1 L of 19% ABV liqueur
